Request Account Deletion
AI Study Coach ("we", "our") respects your right to delete your account and associated data. Use the form below or email us directly.
How to Request Deletion
- Submit the form below with the email address linked to your AI Study Coach account.
- Alternatively, email us directly at support@aicoachstudy.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
- If you have the app installed, you can also go to Profile → Account and use the delete account option if available.

Data We Delete
When we process your deletion request, we permanently remove:
- Account information (email, display name, profile details)
- Study sets, flashcards, quizzes, and study plans (local and cloud backup)
- Chat history with the AI tutor
- Usage logs and generation cache
- Device information and authentication tokens
Data We Keep
- Aggregate statistics: Anonymous, non-identifiable usage data for improving our service.
- Legal/regulatory: Data we are required to retain by law (e.g. purchase records for tax purposes). This is kept for the minimum period required.
Retention Period
Deletion is processed within 5 business days of receiving your request. Once complete, your personal data is removed from our active systems. Any data in backup systems is purged within 30 days. Anonymous user data (e.g. for guests) is automatically cleaned up after 90 days of inactivity.
